Originally bought from DR by the Aalen Royal Erlebnisgastronomie GmbH, 8012 has moved on to
Blumberg owned now by the Stadt Blumberg. it sits alongside the restored stea,
line operated by ex OBB BR93s,
and in August 2004 was under cosmetic restoration.
Rebuilt from 52 4944 (Schwartzkopff/BMAG 12711 of 1943, rebuilt RAW Stendal in February 1961 ).
Note the cabside still shows its DR Bw as Dresden/Zittau
The small logo below is from the neighbouring Restaurant Car
whihc acts as a refreshment facility.
